IAMPE, in partnership with Wavetop Solutions, is proud to offer the Leadership Development Program: a two-day leadership seminar for managers at every level of the port industry.
The seminar develops core leadership skills such as communication, decision-making, and team management as well as cultivating industry knowledge and personal professional development for long-term success.
Leadership Seminars are divided into three levels depending on the professional level of the managers/executives attending: “Emerging Leaders,” for new managers with less than 3 years of experience; “Advanced Leadership Skills,” for mid-level managers with 3-5 years of experience; and “Executive Leaders,” for senior executives.
