WHAT TO WATCH IN 2019
As 2019 approaches and we say farewell to 2018, there are a number of key issues to watch in the New Year. We have summarized them below as presented to the membership of the North Atlantic Ports Association earlier this month in Washington. USCG Vessel Incidental Discharge Regulations-VIDA
Ballast Water Management System approvals and standards
New OSHA Regulations for the Handling of Crystalline Silica
Bulk cargo facilities and shipyards
Continued investment in LNG export facilities

Seminar Locations and Dates Subject to Change - Participants will be notified well in advance. Rates are modestly going up in 2019 (MPM $100, MPE $100=Total $200 increase). If you register for a program by December 31, the old rates will apply.
