12-1 Rhenus Project Logistics Inc-Customer Service Operations Operator for Air and Ocean (w/m)
Challenges to help you grow.
• Your task is to provide innovative and efficient supply chain solutions in relation to import, export, transport and customs clearance operations.
• It is your responsibility to support our customers from the order acceptance to delivery.
• Within this process you create offers, accept bookings of air and ocean shipments and organize the handling of the assignment.
• Finally, you are filling import and export entries into our operational transport management system.
• Being engaged in customs formalities and customs tariffs is another important part of your area of responsibility.
• In your role you will required to work independently and with great motivation on the further development of our business model.
• Your high understanding of customer needs enables you to develop and implement logistic solutions in cooperation with the vision of the management board.

Qualifications:
• You have at least 3 years of work experience in the air & ocean forwarding business within the USA or in the State of Texas.
• Within this time you gained knowledge about customer quotations, customs clearance procedures, issuing B/L and AWB and carrier bookings.
• Proficient English skills, both oral and written are essential. Any further language skills i.e Spanish are an advantage.
• An IATA dangerous good certificate completes your skills.
• With your high motivation and independent work, you are ready to accept new challenges in an international environment.
• You can distinguish yourself in service orientation, have a high attention to quality and the ability to think in terms of processes. 12-2 Title: Dock Worker
Location: Fernandina Beach, Florida
Description:
Nassau Terminals is looking for experienced dock workers to perform a variety of task for growing company in Nassau County. The dock worker is responsible for the safe, efficient and quality‐conscious transfer of containers and cargo to and/or from vessels, trucks and railcars.
Responsibilities Include:
Successful completion of broad operational tasks related to transfer in waterside operations.
Manually and using mechanical lifting equipment, transfer containers and
cargo for storage in the yard or in warehouses for further transfer onto vessels or onto land transportation from the terminal.
Effectively coordinate with vessel personnel, complete required documentation and reports related to transfers.
Participate in the upkeep and maintenance of equipment, gear and related.
May be assigned to general duties in all areas of operations of the terminals. Responsible for accomplishing tasks to supervisor’s expectation and within Company standards.
Participation in safety and environmental training and attendance to daily briefings.
Observation of company safety and operational procedures and policies.
Promptly reporting of any observed unsafe conditions to management
Housekeeping of terminal grounds.
Performance of any other type of terminal function as instructed by the supervisor.
Requirements:
Successful work experience demonstrating good workplace attendance,
compliance with policy, willingness to work overtime and safe and quality conscious work.
Previous experience in an industry related to the transportation of cargos is preferred. Marine experience is a plus.
Must meet the criteria to obtain and maintain a Transportation Workers Identification Card
(TWlC) as required by USCG/DHS regulations.
Successful completion of pre‐employment background check and drug screen upon job offer.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Must take direction from supervision and work cooperatively with others.
Physical demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the incumbent may be required to stand, walk, sit, ascend/descend stairs; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms, frequently lift up to 50 pounds, climb or balance; stoop, kneel, or crouch; talk or hear and wear the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
Working conditions:
Position is assigned a variable schedule (days, nights, weekends) and will be required to work overtime.
Tasks are performed indoors and outdoors in all types of weather conditions.

Title: Industrial Electrician – Crane Maintenance
Location: Fernandina Beach, Florida
Department: Maintenance/Cranes
General Summary
Responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance on cranes and support equipment. This position is responsible for troubleshooting, repair and replacement of components to keep cranes and support equipment in safe operation with minimal downtime. This position will periodically be required to troubleshoot or support repairs of facility electrical equipment which may include high mast lighting, electronic gates, transformers, 3‐phase panels, etc. Must have experience with AC/DC variable drive systems, navigate and comprehend general arrangement drawings and one‐line prints. Experience and understand PLC and relay logic systems a must.
Essential Functions
Perform Preventive Maintenance, Troubleshoot and Repair drive systems on cranes and facility assets to include HML.
Maintain and troubleshoot single and three phase components to include 480v, conductors, relays, contactors, PLCs and monitoring equipment.
Perform megger readings or same basic theory to track life span of motors and schedule maintenance plans.
Perform duties routinely with or without direct supervision and adapt to constant change in priorities.
Perform duties safely utilizing self‐motivation and “think outside the box” process.
Safely perform duties at 200’ heights to include man lifts and work platforms.
Proficiently operate all equipment to perform maintenance and repairs.
Keep accurate and up to date records of all maintenance and repairs.
Test and inspect completed work to assure proper performance and timely completion.
Communicate with supervisor and/or manager daily at a minimum.
Professionally receive feedback and provide open dialog.
Perform duties during inclimate weather.
Demonstrate knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precaution of surroundings.
Comply with all safety regulations and adhere to company safety policies and procedures.
Minimum Requirements
High School graduate or equivalent.
3‐year industrial electrical experience, could be in combination with training.
Basic hand tools (e.g. wire cutters, strippers/crimpers, pliers, wrenches, screwdrivers, nut drivers, VOM, etc.)
Work overtime assigned, may include night shift, weekends or holidays.
Perform other duties as required or assigned
Florida Class E Driver License or equivalent.
Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) within 90 days.
Title: Industrial Warehouse Operator
Location: Fernandina Beach, Florida
Description:
Perform an array of functions that may include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing and retrieving stock in an industrial area.
Responsibilities Include:
• Operate forklifts (11,000 to 50,000 pounds), vehicles and equipment as required
• Maintain up‐to‐date safety certifications as required (forklift certification and driving)
• Unload, count, mark and reconcile materials.
• Material quality control
• Organize yard, shelf and pallet inventory
• Stage project materials
• Prepare materials for shipment (shrink wrapping, banding, boxing, labeling)
• Load materials onto truck, covered van or flat bed
• Deliver material to field locations as needed
• Run errands to assist with facility or inventory management
• Perform daily pre‐inspection on forklift, vehicle and equipment
• Clean and maintain work space and operating area
• Deal with a wide variety of people with tact, courtesy and professionalism
• Maintain a regular, dependable attendance and high level of performance
• Maintain a high regard for personal safety, for the safety of company assets and employees,
and the public
• Other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
• Must have a valid driver’s license, and a driving record satisfactory to the company and its
insurers
• Ability to obtain a TWIC (Transportation Workers Identification Card) as issued by TSA
(Transportation Security Administration)
• Successful completion of the company drug screen and background check upon job offer
• Stock and maintain warehouse inventory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including but not limited to Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Perform the required and expected duties while adhering to safety policies.
• Forklift experience
• Ability to work with a team, take direction from supervisor(s), focus attention on details,
follow work rules, and adhere to work schedules required
Physical demands:
• Physical ability to lift as much as 60lbs, bend/stoop, kneel and climb stairs/ladders.
• Ability to use hand tools and equipment, repetitive hand use such as simple grasp and
twisting motion included.
• Must be able to perform repetitive work in extreme weather conditions.
Working conditions:
• M‐F, 7‐4 pm, 1hr lunch Saturdays, Sundays and holidays as required due to operational
requirements.
• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions.
• Respond to/address callouts and emergencies outside of regular business hours.
• May work in low‐lit areas
• Must be able to work overtime
